All Lexi wanted was a little snack, but got more than she bargained for...

Lexie came in through the ER for concerns of labored breathing.
She had a possible gastric foreign body and the Owner brought her back in to recheck x-rays. 🩻

It turns out, all the labored breathing was a result of a foam olive making its way to the other end! Lexi successfully passed the home decor on her own, and thankfully did not require surgery. 🫒

We hope she's learned the difference between real snacks and foam ones 😆

Dr.Ziglioli had the honors of performing our first scope procedure in SWFL with our new, state-of-the-art scope tower! 🔭

This scope sends a tiny, hand-controlled camera into the patient, allowing for removal of objects and even non invasive sampling for diagnostic purposes! 📸

Being able to view internal structures and abnormalities with out major surgery has so many benefits.

Pie Breakfast is a tradition started by our CEO and his family a few generations back, and well over 30 (possibly 40) years of this tradition has spread to many other families and states throughout the US.
Every year we eat PIE for breakfast on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
That's it! Simple, delicious, and a heck of a way to kick off the Holiday's season of eating!
Anyone can join in, so have some pie today and tag us in your indulgence!
