We are collecting donations again this year of NEW toys, blankets, and food for the shelter pets. Paige will take them to the shelter after Christmas. Feel free to drop them off at our office anytime before the end of the year. Thank you for your help 🫶

Just a reminder, any client that plans on boarding with us, the only personal items that you need to bring are your pet's food and or meds. We provide all bedding, bowls, blankets, and toys on site. We have limited storage space here, especially during the busy holiday boarding season.

We reopened last Friday 10-11 with full power and at normal hours. Hope everyone did ok with the storm!

We are open, and have phones and power! All in-house pets faired well over the storm. We got this, Bonita Springs!

UPDATE: We opened at 5 pm Monday and will remain open 24 hours until local vets reopen after the storm. We appreciate a call to advise of your arrival as long as phone service is functioning. When and if phones and power are out just come in when it is safe to travel as we will be open and staffed to take care of your pets. Stay safe.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you!

We cannot begin to describe the devastation felt after Helene made her way in and destroyed not only our hospital, but the entire town of Swannanoa. Our staff is accounted for, and we are all praying for the safety of everyone in the community.

EDIT: All emergency hospitals in Asheville are closed. We have no information about other emergency options.

We will have access to your pet’s records at some point, and will post updates as they become available. You will also be able to order your pet’s medications via our online store and other outlets. As soon as internet is restored, we can start to work on those orders.
