Today from 11-1 our farm has the honor of hosting the Big Show- WHO AM Radio’s Noon time Farm broadcast. They will be interviewing me and Tim Anderson about our cover crop business and conservation practices there will be other farmers on also, thanks to Practical Farmers of Iowa and the Iowa Water Alliance for this opportunity, we will be on around 11:50 am

We got this year’s Pumpkin crop put in the ground over the weekend, planted them into rye and rolled it down for better w**d control and to keep your Pumpkins clean! Look forward to seeing everyone this fall!

Today will be the last day the self serve trailer will be out come stock up on squash, straw bales and honey for the winter! The kids would like to thank everyone for stopping out this year and hope to see you again next year!

🎃Saturday is the day many of you have been waiting for! The paths are made, wagons are ready, and the pumpkins are waiting to be picked!
🎃U-Pick will be open from 1-5 pm each weekend until Halloween.
🎃The kids have Homecoming and ball games Saturday so they asked our neighbors to help out! Be nice to them or they may sting 🐝 you or maybe they will tell you how they bottle their honey we sell at the patch.

The 2023 Pumpkin Season is underway! As always, we planted our pumpkin seeds into a rolled down cover crop to prevent soil erosion, help with w**d control, and give you CLEAN pumpkins come fall! The kids kept me organized as we planted over 30 varieties for your enjoyment! We’re getting excited to see you all again!

Another year at the Pumpkin Patch has come to an end…Thanks to all our customers this year- our family appreciates your business! Mother Nature and her cold snap last week has taken its toll on the last of the pumpkins. What we have left will be on the trailer until sold out. See you next year🎃

If you waited until the last minute or just want to carve another pumpkin, the kids have you covered! They want everyone to have pumpkins so they have decided to price pumpkins at $5/pumpkin- any size!
U-Pick will be open ONE LAST TIME on Saturday from 1-6pm. Self serve trailer will be available on Sunday.🎃🎃🎃
