Inclement weather policy

In the event of cancelations due to weather, we will reschedule lessons when we can. It may be in a later month but a record will be kept to ensure all lessons get made up at some point.

Do not assume lessons are off. We live in an area of differing weather conditions. If we cancel, it will be posted. Otherwise we will be open to anyone who can make it in. Always stay safe so if questionable please stay home and we'll make sure a make-up takes place.

11/21/2024

December lessons and payments will be as follows. Mondays $240-4 lessons
Tuesdays $240-4 lessons
Wednesdays $240-3 lessons ( Christmas falls on Wednesday)
Thursdays $180-3 lessons
Fridays $180-3 lessons

Please schedule approved makeups now. There is no discounting for lessons if you plan to be gone. They must be made up or lost.

We will be closed the week of December 23rd.

Another reminder to let me know if you'll be needing a make-up in November. If you wait til the week of Thanksgiving it will be too late and you will not be able to it make up. We have Saturday the 23rd available. Get your make-ups scheduled.

Please let me know soon if you will be needing a make-up in November. Our only day off is Thanksgiving. Full payment is expected. Reminder that we allow only one. Availability is limited so make-ups are not guaranteed but will make every effort to fit in. They must be fit with our schedule though. We cannot do lots of individual make-ups so will probably have a group session.
Also, if you lesson on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and are able to come earlier in the day, let me know.

App.State Equestrian Team Fall Halloween show.

We are excited to have the show tomorrow. A couple of things that will help it run smoothly and start on time. Please do not come early. It just creates chaos in the stall area. The show starts at 10 so 9:30 is the earliest anyone should be there. If you are paying by Venmo please do so beforehand. Your check in process will be faster. You will not be able to ask others to move their cars so plan accordingly. If you cant stay til the end, which usually is around 2, then please dont come this time. We will not allow people to move their cars while the show is still going on. It's turning cold tomorrow so dress for that.

The show is on! Please consider your schedule before signing up. We will not allow people to ask others to move their cars so they can leave early. That is highly disruptive to the show and we will no longer let it happen. If you can't stay for the duration then get dropped off and picked up or please do not attend. There will be no exceptions to letting people out early.

We have a new situation to inform our customers. It seems that this storm has disturbed the 🐝bee population and they are out in full force. Please be prepared if you have reactions to bee stings.

I'm almost back to the barn which means no service,so if you haven't gotten in touch with me about tomorrow's lessons, just show up if you're on the schedule. I will try to run out one more time this evening to check texts. After that, I won't see anything until tomorrow sometime later in the day.
