1 animal not 400 mixed together certainly not overly priced. Cut out the middle men and over seas beef and packers. Delivery available for $3.00 a loaded mi. From Pontotoc MS

Beef will probably 500 lb +/' and 250 lb plus of meat depending on selected cuts. If you want 800 lb it will be closer to July. In my opinion the younger the more tender and the bigger ones little better flavor.

* half is 50 % and 1/4 is 25% not any certain sections.
