I want to take a moment to address something important.

Yesterday, 3 out of 6 scheduled clients no-showed. And last week I had atleast 5 no shows. For clarity, a no-show means no contact at all... no call, no text, no message. Those missed appointments have a big impact, especially during the holiday season, and could have gone to clients on the waitlist.

I’ve really, really tried to avoid implementing no-show fees, but I can’t continue to absorb that loss. Imagine showing up to work your normal hours but only getting paid for half. That’s essentially what no-shows do.

Effective immediately, a no-show fee will be applied to missed appointments without proper notice. Emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please remember that at least 24 hours’ notice is required if you can’t make your appointment to avoid fees. Even just shoot me a message a few hours before if you cant make it. I have always been super understanding that things come up last minute, as they sometimes do for me as well. Communication is appreciated.

This time of year is extremely busy, so if your pup can’t make their grooming appointment, please give me at least 24-48 hours’ notice. I have a long wait list and want to make sure every pup has a chance to get in.
