If the VCA All Pet Emergency Center is unavailable, then please contact one of the next closest emergency hospitals. Recommendations include: VCA Advanced Veterinary Care Center in Fishers, IN (317) 578-4100 ; Nashville Veterinary Specialists, Nashville, TN (615-386-0107) or Metropolitan Veterinary Specialists, Louisville, KY (502-266-7007). These clinics will be able to provide necessary emergency care for your pet when we are closed and unable to do so.

🎉 Today begins Vet Tech Week and we salute all our amazing technicians and support staff that work with our veterinarians. They provide the best care to your pets, and provide compassion to you, our valued clients. Please take a moment this week to offer some kind words of support or appreciation. Behind the scenes, there is difficult and draining work to be done and we are so grateful for our team! 🥰 They are strong both physically and emotionally to work in vet med, and are superstars! 🤩 We look forward to spoiling them all week long!

Rabies is 100% Preventable, Yet 100% Fatal if Untreated ⚠️

Rabies claims countless lives every year, but it doesn't have to. With timely vaccination and awareness, we can prevent this deadly disease.

💉 What you need to know:
The virus spreads through the saliva of infected animals. Infected animals can spread the virus by biting another animal or a person. Visit your nearest emergency center if you have been in contact/bitten by an animal. You will need treatment.

Stay informed, stay safe!

Beth Brown has been a wonderful employee at the clinic for the last 20 years. Beth started in our kennels, then worked her way up to being a technician, and also helped in reception. She became a vital employee with a wide set of skills. In 2012, she became our practice manager. Since then, she has continued to help grow the clinic.
Beth, thank you for your service and dedication to East Pines Animal Clinic. We appreciate everything you have done. You’ve made a lasting impact on our team and our clinic. To say you will be missed is an understatement. We hope that your future endeavor is everything you’ve hoped for and more!
