She began house and farm sitting in 1984, and is comfortable and experienced with both small animals (cats, dogs, birds and reptiles) and farm animals (horses, cows, goats, alpacas, llamas and chickens). Creature Comforts offers comprehensive service. Paula will either stop by to care for animals several

times daily, or stay overnight in the home. (Most owners prefer the latter, knowing that their pets are more comfortable in familiar surroundings.) Creature Comforts offers reliable service, reasonable rates, and references. Although Paula's primary service area is the greater Boothbay Region, she is open to jobs further afield. Creature Comforts has an affordable base rate for house pets and another for farm animals. Prices may vary slightly depending on the total number of animals requiring care, as well as special needs. Please feel free to contact Paula for an estimate. Also, an introductory visit to meet you and your pets is free, with no obligation!

Stray Cat TNR shareed these helpful hints, if you care for outdoor cats:

Put out TWO bowls of fresh water ...

1️⃣ bowl should be fresh and cool. 💧

1️⃣ bowl should be frozen. 🧊

The frozen bowl will melt slowly and provide cool water later in the day.

*Make sure to clean all bowls daily so bacteria doesn't form in the bowls. Using glass or stainless steel containers helps.
