We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our growing company.
We love our clients (you guys are the best around!) and we would like to keep our relationships with you in that regard, but if you know someone that would be a fit for our team send them our way. Here are some details about the position: You will greet clients and visitors when they arrive at the office and determine their reason for their visit. Other job duties include answering phones and emails, entering information into our database, organizing files, and making copies. We prefer candidates who have some experience in a receptionist role, but we are willing to train the right person.
Receptionist Job Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information
Perform receptionist duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
Monitor front desk
Receptionist Job Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior receptionist experience preferred
Proficient with Computers, fax’s machines
Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and communication skills
