✨Boy do we have some exciting news ✨. We are pleased to announce the addition of new staff members at our front desk. Many of you are familiar with Britney, who previously worked as a technician alongside Dr. Thomas in various rooms. We have made the strategic decision to transition Britney to a receptionist role at the front desk. Britney possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to providing top-notch service to our clients and patients. She is also highly proficient in our computer system and has established relationships with many of our clients. We are delighted to have Britney on board in her new capacity. Please Welcome Star to our team! Star, who was a lead receptionist at another hospital, brings a wealth of experience to our team. Star has excellent customer service skills and a very warm, engaging personality. We are thrilled to have Star on our team.
