We decided to do a fun little (micro?) experiment and see what would come of letting a tray of microgreens continue to grow (for about double the time they usually do)!
So cool - check out those tiny arugula leaves! So microgreens really ARE just mini versions of the same veggies 🤓🙌🏻

So much care and love goes into our little farm - we love what we do! 🌱There are few pleasures more fulfilling in the world than growing something *good*, completely naturally, from seed & soil to freshly harvested on your table. It’s a good feeling knowing that you’re supplying fresh, nutrient-dense, healthy, mindful AND sustainable food to your community! 🙌🏻✨

What you’re looking at are a bazillion bunches o’ baby broccoli!
When munchin’ on microgreens, you get all the nutrients the broccoli have (this amount only goes down as they grow into their larger, adult forms), but instead of eating just a few big broccoli, you can eat hundreds at a time! 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Make sure to get those important nutrients into your daily diet to beat off those winter woes! 💙💚💜

DELICIOUS homemade Shakshouka with Salad Mix Microgreens! 😌🍅🥚🌱
Such a quick, easy, hearty but healthy meal for a warm brunch or dinner!
The flavors in the Salad Mix really paired well and accentuated all of the deeper, savory flavors of the Shakshouka. With poached egg, feta cheese, chili & black pepper, this simple chunky tomato dish can’t go wrong! 💜💚✨

We are officially sold out of leeks for the week! ‼️🆘😯
Not to worry - we will have more ready for harvest next week, on the way! 🌱Leek microgreens growing just in time for the holiday season; they’re delicious in mashed potatoes, soups & stews, chilis, grilled cheese and panini, and pretty much just about everything savory & comforting in this colder weather!
Add them to your usual diet and get that extra kick of vitamins & minerals to support your immune system for the winter 🥶💜

Leek Microgreen mashed potatoes!!! 🥔 🌱😚
SO YUMMY & perfected my recipe just in time for the holidays! 8-10 med-sized potatoes per 2 ounces of Leek Microgreens ratio turned out duhlicious 🤤🤤🤤
Note: We only grow Leek Microgreens once in a blue moon as they’re more costly and difficult (on our end). That being said, they are one of our absolute favorites for making dishes and adding/subbing in recipes and smell AMAZING. We’ll have them available next week — make sure to order ahead of time, harvest is very limited! ✨

And just like that, the farmers’ market season is over! But, don’t fret, the baby greens will stay growing and going on adventures year-round!
Home delivery is available each week and, for those in Medford, is free of charge with 2+ box orders.
