We hope you and your loved ones will have a safe and happy holidays. Back Bay Veterinary Clinic will have be closing early Christmas Eve from 7am - 12pm, and will be closed all day Christmas Day. On News Year’s Eve we will be open from 7am- 4pm and closed all day New Year’s Day. We will resume regular hours on the 12/26 and 1/2 (7am - 7pm). Our GuardianVets Triage service will be available to take your calls while we are closed.

Back Bay Veterinary Clinic team is wishing you and your loved ones in advance a safe and healthy Thanksgiving weekend 🦃🥧!
We will be temporarily adjusting our hours in observation to the Thanksgiving holiday. On Wednesday we will be closing early at 4pm. On Thursday, we will be closed All Day. We will resume normal business hours Friday, November 29th from 7am-6pm. On Saturday November 30th the clinic will be closed All Day for our company inventory count. Please make sure to request any food or medication refills you may need for your companion in advance of the closures. Our triaging service, Guardian Vets, will be available to answer your calls while we are closed.

End of an Era 💔We are sad Kate is departing BBVC. She has been a member of our team since the beginning, 24 years! Some may know her as the best groomer in town. After she retired from her grooming service last year she helped our front desk and technician team as an administrative assistant. The clinic won’t be the same without her.

On Thursday September 26th (tomorrow) the clinic will be closing early. If you are planning to pick up food or medication, please note the adjusted hours of 7am - 4pm. Our after-hours triage service GuardianVet will be able to take your calls while we are closed. We will be back to our regular hours on Friday 9/27 from 7am - 6pm

Recently an injured baby squirrel was brought to the clinic by a concerned good Samaritan. Our amazing veterinary technician Maddie spent all night caring for the squirrel, including feedings every two hours! Here, Bella shows us how drop-off works for our #curbsidecare : After speaking with a staff member on the phone, you’ll be asked to bring your pet into the vestibule (small area between the double doors) and step back onto the stoop while a technician brings your pet upstairs to the clinic for their appointment.
