On Monday we took a trip to the Path of Totality in St. Johnsbury, VT. After observing the coolest thing our eyes have ever seen we took a moment to remember the best pet we ever had, Balki.

If you haven't been to Dog Mountain and the Gallery, please add it to your list. The walls are adorned with photos and tributes to deceased dogs and the obituaries will hit you right where it hurts...in a good way.

We took a moment to pay our respects and hung our tributes to Balki and Abbie. It was the perfect day (minus the 10 hour drive home😬).

The grief experienced during the loss of a pet can be just as powerful as the loss of a human family member. Being in business for over 15 years, we've had to say goodbye to so many of our dog clients recently and we know their people are still processing the pain.

One of our clients, Erin, recently reached out with information about her grief recovery program and we thought it would be important to pass along.

Erin is certified in a research-backed recovery method that has a specific version for our furry friends. It's a 6 meeting program (usually once per week, 6 times, either in a group or individual sessions).
