A reminder to our customers: due to the size of our lobby we can only allow 1 pet family inside at a time. This does mean if someone is already being helped, you will have to wait. Each and every one of you deserves your own individual attention as does your pet. We need to complete the transaction and get all the information that we need before moving on to the next client. It is of the utmost importance that we do this to insure the best care of your pets. Thank you for continued support, understanding, and of course, patience.
