KENNEL MANAGER - must have 5 years management experience - pay depending on experience.
Shifts - Monday - Friday - am shift 645am-2pm or 11am - 630pm
ASSISTANT MANAGER - must have 3 years supervisor experience -
CASHIERS - must have 3 years cashier experience - Monday - Friday
ANIMAL HANDLERS positions - seven days a week PT or Full time - Pay depends on experience hour we are open 630am - 630pm
All of our team members help us show our long time valued customers when their fur babies walk in our door, they are loved just as much as the owners love them. We have been Family owned and operated since the early 1970’s. We are one of the largest dog boarding kennels in the Seattle area. We can hold close to 300 dogs and 45 cats. Sometimes there are challenges, a few ups and downs, but at the end of the day what job can you get a BIG WET KISS from our furry fluffy friends, and a few wagging tails - it definitely makes you smile. Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about our products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve pet issues and concerns
Document and update customer records
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving procedures and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, cashier.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Have a passion for animals
Prefer you have 2+ years of Vet Assistance, Animal Handling and Animal Behavior Experience
