As you know there are a number of pets missing from homes. With foul weather we need to give them every chance to survive. If you can't crack your garage door, please consider putting out some food, a small shelter, and even a litter box in the hopes you may attract a lost dog or kitty. We took a laundry basket and turned it on its side.... Our set up is on the porch where a ring camera may catch the activity giving us the chance to allow these pets inside or ID them.

As mentioned prior do not hesitate to reach out if your pets need medication, supplies or services. Please note: To legally prescribe medications or food we do have to establish a vet-client-patient relationship.

A client is missing her two kitties, both very scared so if you see them do not approach without a means to capture them (blanket, carrier, net etc). They are Noelle and Joy missing from the neighborhood just behind Avista Hospital

To our dear friends, patients and clients - please do not hesitate to reach out if you or someone you know needs assistance veterinary or otherwise. We can help with information on boarding, lodging, medications and supplies. Our hearts go out to all in our community affected by this catastrophe.

And thank you to everyone that has sent us messages of love and support, as well as inquiring as to our status. Our family and pets evacuated yesterday and we are all safe. Also, we are fortunate to have a home to return to, unlike so many of our friends and neighbors. All our best to you and yours.

A big shout out to Animal Rescue of the Rockies for all the amazing work they do. http://animalrescueoftherockies.org Last year we adopted one of our dogs Ben from them, and yesterday we adopted a 10 week old blind kitten through one of their foster parents. He is recovering from a bilateral enucleation, where both eyes had to be surgically removed due to severe infection and delayed development. Welcome to the zoo Stewie Mando Moran!

Happy Birthday to Meep the cat. 2 years old and all odds were stacked against him. His entire litter killed by a dog, and he was so sick he could not nurse. Tube fed many times a day and night for those first 3-4 weeks and now..... well, now he is overweight. Amazing being, and honored to have him in our lives. School photo below, along with others....

Max is looking for his forever home. He is a sweet male neutered domestic medium hair kitty, and will be 7 in November. He is microchipped and well cared for. Up to date records from Boulder Humane Society. Max's guardian has two other cats that have major health issues and Max's presence is stressing them out.
