More than just a walk around the block, we offer off-leash group hikes combining the benefits of canine fitness, socialization, and playtime. A fun and stimulating alternative to day care or traditional dog walks, we offer 2 and 4 hour outings including door-to-door pick up and drop off. We also offer traditional leash walks and in-home visits.

Welcome BACK to the pack, Conrad! Conrad worked for BDA from 2017-2021 as a mountain Adventure Leader and we are thrilled to have him rejoin our team. He’s excited to meet all of our new clients and get back out on the trails!

Conrad Pomrenke is an avid outdoor enthusiast who loves skiing, running, and hiking. Catch him on top of your local 13er or 14er, he’s addicted! He’s been living in and around the Front Range since 2009, the year he started his first degree in photography at CSU. When he’s not exploring the mountains, Conrad enjoys playing video games and sharing his adventures on Twitch, where he works on growing his small community of like minded individuals. His passion for both the outdoors and animals brought him to BDA. He’s also working towards a second degree in business at Front Range Community College. Conrad Pomrenke shares his life with his two dogs, Aki and Indie, who are the light of his world and constant companions in his adventures.

With a heavy heart and so much love, we said goodbye to little Annie, the last original client from BDA’s very first year. It feels like the end of an era. Annie is so special to me because she started with us twelve years ago when BDA was only me (Lyndsey). I’m forever grateful to her parents, Robert and MaryEllen, for giving me a chance way back when to care for their sweet girl. Over the years, Annie helped me advertise BDA, try out new client dogs, train new staff members, and spent overnights at my house. Annie was always happy, friendly with everyone, and LOVED to be on the trails! She was a tiny little thing, but her personality was huge. Annie’s enthusiasm at pick up melted my heart every time, and her head dunks in the water always made me giggle. I will forever treasure the hundreds of beautiful hikes together with this little lady trailing behind me, and will carry her spirit with me going forward as I visit all her favorite places. Until we meet again, love you forever, Annie. 🩷🌈🐾

Molly is an old pro and an excellent addition to our crew. While she’s no doubt missing her old pals in Steamboat, we’re happy to pick up where they left off here at her new home in Boulder. We are heartbroken to say goodbye to our sweet Shadow 💔 Thirteen years is an amazing run for a German shepherd, but it’s never long enough when you grow to love these dogs as much as we do. We will miss watching the joy that it brought her to roll in the snow, the giggles we got from arriving to her house to find her laying in her ‘jungle’, her warm smile when greeting us, and enjoying slow walks with her as she got older. We love you Shadow and are so grateful to have known you. Until we meet again, rest in paradise sweet girl. ❤️ 🌈 🐾
