Cure Organic Farm

Cure Organic Farm is a commercial family farm located six miles east of Boulder, Colorado.

We grow 100 different varieties of certified organic vegetables, herbs and flowers on 12 acres. All of the crops we grow are distributed within 50 miles of the farm through a CSA program, to local restaurants, farmers markets and our farm store on site. The farm is also home to several honey bee hives, over 150 laying hens and ducks, heritage pigs, chickens raised for meat and Rambouillet sheep that are raised for meat and fiber.

CSA stands for “Community Supported Agriculture,” and is just one of the many ways customers who believe in real, local, great tasting produce can support a farmer directly. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a marketing model where consumers buy “shares” of a farm’s harvest in advance. Consumers become CSA members by paying the investment at the beginning of the growing season, either in one lump sum or in installments. Once the harvest comes in, the customer receives a weekly distribution or “share” of the produce. This upfront payment helps the farmer buy the seed and other inputs needed for the season and provides the farmer an immediate income to begin the season. CSA members get to know the farmers who grow their food and connect with the land where it’s grown. Each week CSA members receive the best of what’s in season with each crap being harvested on the hours before pick up the flavor and quality is unbeatable.

We’re back at it an open today from 12 to 430. Come on out and stock up for the week. Will continue to be open daily as long as the weather cooperates and as above 40°. We’ve got just harvested salad greens, arugula, raising mixes, lots of sweet root crops, like carrots, beets, turnips, radishes, and potatoes and so much more.

Farm Stand is CLOSED today and Thursday this week. Come see us when the temps are over 40 degrees this weekend. Winter CSA members, we’ll see you today for pick-up.

Out harvesting carrots today. It’s a great day to visit the farm stand and pick some up. We will be closed Wed and Thurs this week. Thinking we might make a carrot cake and enjoy the cold weather. You should too!
