While Bard is playful and loving, he’ll need a patient and understanding home to help him overcome his past struggles. He’s best suited to a home: with dogs his size (preferably female) or no other dogs, without small children or smaller dogs, redy to work on boundaries and positive reinforcement.

🎉 Elsa is officially adopted! 🎉

Sometimes, the perfect home is right under your nose—or in Elsa’s case, right where she’s been all along! Her foster family has fallen completely in love (who could blame them?) and decided to make her a permanent part of their pack. 💖

We’re so happy for Elsa and her forever family! A huge thank you to her fosters for giving her a safe, loving space to heal and for ultimately giving her the greatest gift of all—a forever home.

As 2024 ends, I’m reflecting on ten years and nearly 600 lives saved since founding Rocky Mountain French Bulldog Rescue in 2014.

This year, thanks to your generosity, we rescued and rehomed 48 French Bulldogs—once abandoned or at risk of euthanasia—who now thrive in loving homes.

The need is greater than ever. French Bulldogs remain the most popular yet medically-needy breed. Every day, we receive urgent calls for dogs like like April; whose life was saved through emergency surgery and funded by donors like you.

However, a $103,000 funding shortfall forced us to turn away 43 dogs in 2024. With your help, we can change that.

A $25 monthly donation will save over 100 lives in 2025 by supporting:
• Urgent medical care
• Foster homes for healing
• Transport, food, and supplies

With full shelters, or shelters unable to provide needed medical care, they reach out to rescues like us. Donations to us were down $103,000 as compared to 2023 while intakes and needs are up.
