I hate to have to make this post, I have avoided it multiple times.
Starting today, September 3rd, we will have a $20 No Call, No Show fee implemented for missed appointments. This will be due before rebooking your next appointment.
Thank you for understanding.

Further more, we are only open Monday-Friday by appointment only with an occasional closed day during the week. If you message here on Facebook you will be redirected to text or call at 256-201-0457.
I am trying my best to stay caught up on getting back to appointment requests but we are a small shop and sometimes that may not be immediate. If you call and don’t get us, send a text to the same number.

We’re doing a little decorating at the new location, including putting up a boxwood wall for a diy photo spot! Can’t wait to get it finished but in the mean time Jax took a minute to pose in front of it ☺️

Beat the Heat; Spay & Neuter Your Dogs!

We are so excited to be hosting another Spay & Neuter Event at the end of June! It is $75 per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per person. Your dog will receive a spay/neuter surgery, a rabies vaccine, a microchip, and flea treatment/dewormer.
This event is for Carroll County Residents ONLY and your dog must be at least 30 pounds to qualify for this event.
To register for this event, please send an email to [email protected]
Please do not contact the shelter to schedule an appointment. The shelter staff is unable to schedule these. There are limited spaces for this event, so please make sure you sign up as soon as possible!
We look forward to serving the county and your pets!

Hi all! I neglected to make a post last week because I was running around like a mad woman. We were closed from Wednesday til today and have lots of calls and texts to get back to. I just wanted to let everyone know they are not being ignored and we are getting back to everyone as fast as we can.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of our Southern Charm Family!! We appreciate everyone of our clients and their lovable furbabies!! But unfortunately we are booked thru the end of the year. I know it will be an inconvenience to some of our loved clients. For that we are extremely sorry but we have extended our schedule to the max to try and accommodate as many clients as humanly possible before the holidays.

Southern Charm Groomerie will be closed December 23rd - January 9th. We will re-open on January 10th. We will begin taking appointments on January 6th to have time with our family. Voice mails will also be responded to starting January 6th. If you know a date and time that you would like an appointment, feel free to text it over and we will get your appointment set up.
