Santa Claus and the Grinch will also be here taking pictures with your pets for a small donation of $9.95. Your donation benefits the kittens and cats at Bowie Petco.

This big grey tabby is TIMONE and he’s looking for his new furrever family. He was surrendered to BowieCLAW when his dad was deployed and couldn’t keep him.

Foster mom Anna says He's a super affectionate cat who always wants to be by your side. He has a very loud, constant purr and still acts like a kitten at times. He gets along with dogs, younger/smaller cats or female cats. He will sleep next to you all night.

Winter Community Cat Feeding Tip ...

Cats need extra calories in the winter to keep extra fat layers on their bodies to keep them warmer in the winter.

Feeding adult food mixed with some kitten food (which has more calories than adult food) is a good option in the winter months.

🚩It is only necessary to feed more calories during the colder months.

We always need volunteers- especially this coming weekend at our annual Blanket Drive, at our kennels, and definitely as fosters for cats and kittens. Volunteering is so rewarding! Oh Susie how we love you❣️ Susie Female DLH Calico Snuggle-a-holic Grooming savant Overlord of elegance Susie is 10 & spry as the day she opened her eyes. Our sweet Susie-ums is one of the most adaptable cats we have seen in quite a while. As long as you come hither her way with a brush or the promises of pets this girl is ready to be your long term lady for life. Susie was surrendered due to a living restrictions situation. Her previous family is heartbroken to let her go but knows BPC will only settle for the best home for her future. She has no known health concerns & has lived with other felines previously. This lovely girl is the newest kitty at the Bowie Petco condos. Her name is Lady and she is 2 years old. More info to come as we get to know this beauty.

Cat lovers! Kick off your hump day right with 93 seconds of awwwwwweeee Gandalf is a total sweetie ready to snuggle his way into your ♥️. His purrfect disposition goes paw in hand with his ultra-fan-girl-squeal worthy chirp-meow. He is 4-5 yrs old & FIV + but don’t let that deter you. This little duffer has a clean bill of health & an optimistic prognosis for a fulfilling long life. Gandalf would be an amazing starter cat for a first time owner, folks with other FIV cats, or someone planing to have a solo cat to dote on. He will be hanging out with his foster mama at our event this Saturday at Crunchies from 12-3pm so pop by prepared to be charmed by this little prince.
