Planning for 2026 begins weeks ago 😆

Crop rotation for sure but all my beds are ready for planting now.

Season 2024 only 1 bed in use

Season 2025 only 5 beds in use

Fall Winter 2025 added 3 beds leafy greens

Season 2026 will have all 10 beds in operation.

I love it tremendously when grown folks come through passionate about learning and loving the sweat equity and spiritual gains while following their ancestors call.

Our farm was blessed to share these experiences on Sunday.

Dedicated volunteers are crucial for Farmer's and I'm entirely blessed and thankful for Sunday!

This beautiful couple learned about filling raised beds with regenerative processes understanding the benefits to soil health which directly aligns with your microbiome.

You are what you eat and that begins with the soil!

I'm super excited to harvest my own collards this year!

I need some kale too, 😫

Not ready to try cabbage again but I love eating it 😋

Did you buy seedlings 🌱 from me?

If so how are your progress?

We have arugula and gourmet lettuce available and just a few spinach and collards available.

Winter is approaching...

Once that 1st frost comes through you know it's coming 😆 🤣 😂

Carrots and Cauliflower Honey Roasted Casserole 😋

This is what prep looks like, before the oven

1. Wash all vegetables

2. Peel outer skin on carrots, rinse well

3. Season will not too much salt though. I like Herb n garlic seasoning without salt

4. Butter that pan

5. Transfer seasoned vegetables to your buttered pan

6. Drizzle plenty of Honey all over the vegetables

7. Add butter pieces to the top

8. Cover with parchment then foil

9. Roast for an hour on 350

10. Drain access liquids and return to oven uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes

All done!
