If you're interested in entering but don't want to leave things up chance whether or not your photo makes it in, don't worry, you have options!

For a mere $20 you can Reserve-A-Date of your choice on the 2026 calendar with the pet photo of your choice! You can choose their birthday, adoption date, or just any day that you'd like to see your critter's face on!

For our entrepreneurial friends, for a mere $50 you can reserve a 3.5" x 2" space to advertise your business to all the animal lovers of Wood County!

All proceeds of this fundraiser come back to us and our shelter guests here at WCHS so we can continue keeping them happy and healthy!

✨Meet Lady✨

This gorgeous noblewoman is 12 years old and more than ready to find a nice home to retire to with lots of potential for cuddling and attention! Contrary to her robust shape, Lady is more people motivated than food motivated and will always choose cuddling over kibble. She's a connoisseur of stuffed toys, specifically of the kong variety, but prefers sitting with her toys rather than playing with them.

Meet Praline, mama of Rocky, Rubble, Chase. With her petite size, it's almost hard to believe that this little lady is a mama, being barely a year old, but the proof is in the puddin! With the help of her wonderful foster Rader's Rehab & Foster Home, Praline took excellent care of her boys until they were old enough to find homes of their own.

Now it's Praline's turn!

Praline has had her fair share of tough times so she can be a little reserved at first but trust us, it doesn't last long! She loves play time, especially with string toys or her own tail, jingly toys, copious treats, and cuddling of course!
