Original watercolor paintings to bring elements of Nature and outdoors into your home. Commissions for pets and houses are available.

Designed to last, these paintings come with acid-free mat and backing, so that they stay fresh indefinitely. How it works:
E-mail me a photo of your pet, along with a $20 deposit, and I'll create a watercolor painting for you. If you want more than one pet in a picture, try to include all pets in one photo. Tell me a little about what's special about this pet, it helps if I kind of know your pet.

I will e-mail you a pencil sketch before starting painting, so you can give me feedback. You can request a specific background, such as a pet's favorite hangout (you can see examples of this in some of my website samples) or a simple wash, as shown in the cover photo. Within reason I can accomodate color requests (if you have a purple horse I refuse to do a purple background!). I will then send you a shot of the final work before sending it out. I will make every effort to ensure that you are moved to tears to see your pet in an original work of art. I love and understand watercolor painting almost as much as I do animals, and I'd love to do a painting of yours!
