Welcome to rEWted; our new small family business specializing in dry mixes, seasonings, fresh herbs & produce, plant propagations & seedlings, and more homemade goods! These items will be sold through local shops in town and the farmers market.
Starting with our name rEWted for our littles Emory and Wyatt, family is the roots that keeps us grounded and the most important part of our foundation. Two years ago I started a journey of researching the things I was putting into my body everyday to find out what was causing my son’s sensitive stomach. I deep dove into the effects those ingredients in our everyday pantry items had on our bodies. I discovered the harm these unnecessary ingredients could have on our bodies, so I slowly transitioned from items full of hydrogenated oils, preservatives, sugar, and artificial ingredients to whole ingredients full of the daily vitamins and minerals our bodies need every day.
After taking the time to research and learn how to nourish our family and our bodies we’re excited to share that information making it easier for anyone to start their journey!
Our goal at rEWted is to show a different perspective on the ingredients in your home and to make nutrient dense, delicious food accessible to everyone!
