We have three stall board openings at our full service facility: 25 stall barn on 90 acres; Wash stalls with hot/cold water; mats in stalls; automatic waterers in stalls and paddocks; individual tack lockers; Semi-private turn out - max group of 4; Boarder lounge, full and half bath; Indoor arena (attached to barn) with NEW sand/felt footing, mirrors, lights, fans and sound. Large outdoor sand arena, permanent obstacles and miles of trails. Professional care, blanketing, and supplements. All Adult barn. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere (non-show barn). We are hiring! Come join our team. Part time, mainly evenings and weekends, Barn Staff for Boarding facility (20+ horses). Duties include: bring horses in\turn out, feed, fill hay nets, general barn cleaning, and mucking stalls. Low drama, all adult, non-show barn. Great place to work. Come join our team. Must have own transportation and ID to work in the US., no drugs and no smoking, fluent in English. Minimum 3 years Horse barn work experience required (not trainer level). Want to ride at Almeda Farm? We allow folks to trailer in to use the indoor and outdoor arenas, permanent obstacles or hack on our trails. Cost $35/hour. Must have current coggins and pre-schedule at least 48 hours in advance. Contact Tara at 703-598-6715 to schedule. We also offer monthly riding passes at 10% to 15% discount.

90 acres, 25 stall equine boarding facility in Clarke County Va.looking for full and part time workers. AM shift specifically. Duties include: feeding, turning out/in, muck stalls, and grounds, paddock, trail and fencing maintenance. Must be able to operate large tractor, bush hog and arena groomer attachments, zero turn mower, w**d eater, chain saw, electric hand tools and general tools. Horse experience required. Pay $15 per hour. Pay rate may be adjusted for experience. Housing onsite available. 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Must be have drivers license and SS number.
