We have a new 24 hour cancellation policy that has been sent out to every client since 05/01/2024. We have had countless issues with late cancellations and no shows so we have had to put this into place, if you book an appointment we do require you to agree and sign. We're posting here so it can be re-read for clarity for our clients, thank you.
