“Ellie May” graduated yesterday! 🥰🎓

This sweet girl needed help with her basic obedience and house manners. She loved to chase squirrels and pull on the leash and was a bit mouthy when excited.

She has loved exploring all around town, and with her new manners, she and her owner can enjoy lots of adventures together! We miss this goofy girl already, but are excited to hear about her continued progress back at home. ❤️

“Ellie” and “Oskar” are two of our current Board & Trains! 🐾

Ellie is a rez rescue who is still learning her manners. She can be overly mouthy when excited, destructive when bored, and reactive towards other dogs around barriers.

Oskar was attacked by a dog shortly after being adopted by his current owner. He has struggled with severe reactivity and fearfulness towards dogs and people ever since then.

They are a little over a week into training and making great progress! Ellie is a very sweet girl who flourishes with structure. She really enjoys getting to explore lots of new environments. Oskar LOVES to work and is finding better ways to manage his uncertainty. We love to see both of their goofy personalities come out as their confidence grows!

“Sage” is graduating today! 🎓🎉 This firecracker of a pup was quite the handful before training. He had no leash manners, spent his days running the fence with the neighbor's dog, and would often run off to see other people and dogs. After five years, his owners were ready for a change!

True to his breed, a Border Collie, he is super intelligent and caught on quickly! Over the past three weeks, he has worked hard in our Board & Train Program to build impulse control around other people and dogs, good leash manners, and a solid recall for off-leash reliability. He loves to work and train and is eager to please now. 😍 Keep up the great work, Sage!
