New plant alert!
Riccia fluitans or Floating Crystalwort is an aquatic floating plant of the liverwort genus. This plant normally grows fairly quickly at the surface and should be given moderate lighting. It should be the only floating plant in the tank OR you can grow it attached to hardscape such as wood and rock.

Rosa the Red Footed Tortoise is available for adoption!
If you missed her first post, she was found abandoned and was brought to us where she’s being taking it easy and recouping. She’s sparked up in the last several weeks and she’s eating a wide variety of vegetables, fruit and dried flowers, she loves to roam and explore and especially loves some scratches on her shell. She enjoys a bath and a soft bristled brush on her backside and has so much personality!
Adoption to approved homes only, must provide proof of enclosure and Red Footed Tortoise knowledge is a plus.
