Sweet Lynx is here to tell you that even adorable cloud fluffs feel under the weather sometimes ☔

Noticing his little guy wasn't as playful or hungry as usual, Lynx's dad made a same-day reservation at UrgentVet Lakewood Ranch. After discussing Lynx's symptoms and performing a thorough exam, we made the purr-fect treatment plan for this tiny boy.

Lynx received fluids under his skin to help with hydration and medications that will have him on the road to recovery. To ensure he's improving, we made a plan for Lynx to follow up with his primary veterinarian in a few days. After some final team snuggles and a delicious Churu snack, Lynx was ready to head home.

We all loved meeting little Lynx and hope he's feeling much better! 🐾💞

Who do you call when your precious pet starts limping? UrgentVet, of course! We're here to make sure your baby receives prompt, compassionate care and the help they need to feel better quickly!

All pretty in pink, Lucy presented to UrgentVet for suddenly limping. During Lucy's exam, our team noticed minor wounds on her paw pads. We administered an injection to alleviate Lucy's discomfort and prescribed medications to help heal her adorable toe beans and keep her comfy at home. 🐾💗

We hope Lucy's little paws are on the mend and she's back to her happy, healthy self!

Ah, summertime in beautiful Florida! 🌴🌊 🐚

A tropical mix of sun and sand with a sprinkle of seasonal allergies for some of our pets. Causing skin irritation, itching, and discomfort, allergies can ruin the summer fun for beloved pets and their families.

This gorgeous girl found herself in a very itchy situation while enjoying the sunshine. Noticing small bumps on her sides and belly, Azula's parents brought her to UrgentVet Lakewood Ranch for help. After her exam and a generous helping of scratches and pats, Azula was prescribed medication to remedy the hives and reduce her itching.

We wish Azula the best and hope she's back to soaking up the sun!

Xylitol, a common ingredient in sugar-free candies and products, is highly toxic to pets. Even small amounts can cause dangerous drops in blood sugar and liver damage. When Raven ate fudge containing chocolate and xylitol, her owners acted quickly, bringing her to UrgentVet Lakewood Ranch. Nothing is scarier that bumping into a gator and this handsome boy agrees! 🐊 While Rufus didn't encounter your typical swamp-loving gator, he did have a run-in with a Gator utility vehicle that left him limping and painful.

Rufus' very concerned parents immediately brought him to us for a full evaluation. After a thorough exam and x-rays, we were happy to report that he did not have any serious injuries. 🦴💯 Rufus received medication to alleviate his discomfort and instructions to rest until he was re-evaluated by his primary veterinarian.

We wish Rufus a speedy recovery and hope he's back to his happy, handsome self soon! 💗🐾

This sweet girl visited us after ingesting a numerous napkins from her dad's delicious Chipotle order. Knowing this wasn't the best for her stomach, her family quickly brought her to us for care.

After Ava's thorough nose-to-tail exam, we administered medication to help her produce the napkins and an injection to settle her stomach. By the end of her appointment, Miss Ava was all smiles and ready for her close-up - just look at that gorgeous grin!📷💖

We are so glad we had the opportunity to meet beautiful Ava and provide compassionate, after-hours care when she needed us! 💗🐾
