We were very lenient on upholding our policies last year, which did negatively affect our business.
Please note some of our policies that will be taking effect in 2024:
🐕ALL pets MUST have up-to-date vaccines. We will be requiring proof of vaccines to schedule an appointment. Failure to provide proof or to update expired vaccines will result in your appointment being canceled.
🐕Our 10% Rebook Discount will only apply for appointments that are on a 6-week or sooner schedule. You must book your next appointment on the same day as your completed service to qualify. Appointments made further than 6 weeks apart will be full price, and appointments further than 12 weeks apart will be subject to an additional charge, depending on coat condition.
🐕Due to difficulty level, some breeds will be charged an hourly rate, rather than as a flat rate. Message us for details and whether this change applies to your breed.
🐕Due to continued research on the subject, a**l gland expression will be treated as a medical procedure and. As such, will not be offered as a service that we provide in 2024. Please speak with your vet with concerns about your pet's a**l glands.
🐕Our late pick-up fee will be in effect for 2024. Any pet not picked up within 30 minutes of being notified that services are complete will be subject to a late pick-up fee of $1/minute, as this interferes with other client's appointments and can be disruptive.
🐕No-shows and cancelations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% the total groom cost. Same day cancelation fee must be paid before a new appointment can be made.
