Groom Star Family I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and may this year bring you and your family everything you want. I have Some announcements and changes I am making to Groom Star, with the first of them being I now require a 24 hour cancellation policy, I have to many clients canceling thirty minutes before the appointments and I work by appointments and I save those couples hour for you when I could have taken another appointment. So if you don't cancel before the 24 hour mark there will be a small fee of $25 added on to the next grooming. Second announcement is there will be an increase in my pricing, I have been grooming for eight years now and have not gone up on pricing so I have to catch up a lot of my clientele on my new pricing. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. I love all you guys and am so thankful for the continued support!!!
