Did you know that Around the Ranch Pet Club offers private dog boarding? Chris and Lisa are happy to share their homes with your pups and will be treated like family when needed. Lisa offers a family environment with a private dog park and nice leash walks. Plenty of affection from all her family members. Chris has a private resting area either crated or not depending on your pups needs. Plus a fenced in yard, nature hikes and walks around the neighborhood. In addition, a playmate if your dog is dog friendly. We do our best to see that your dog also has a vacation home away from home. Give us a call and see if we are the right fit for your pups! ❤️🐕

Facebook friends please help us in sharing the 2 Manatee Campers we currently have at our shelter. We have already extended their stay and it’s time to give other dogs at Manatee a chance to be a camper. We would first like to introduce 6 yr old handsome man Tank! Urgent foster in need! We are sorry for the bad photo but we are desperately in need of a foster with no other dogs for this girl. She came in with a litter of puppies and her body has given them all she has. Some of her pups died, one is currently critical as they were not getting the nutrients they needed. The pups are now being bottled fed by one of our fosters and we are looking someone to foster mom. If you are willing to open your home to this girl for a little bit please complete a new foster application on our website.

Over 20 years ago, I moved from The Great Lakes of Michigan and started calling Lakewood Ranch, FL my new home. Within a few years, I adopted my two furry kids, Alli and Jasmine that were very energetic rat terriers. It was never a dull moment in my house. LOL!

Rather than relying on neighbors or family members, I went looking for pet care options for Alli and Jasmine. I wanted a pet sitter / dog walker that would come to my home while on vacation or at worked. This way the girls could stay in their own environment that they were comfortable with and familiar. Realizing that there was a demand for professional pet sitters & dog walkers, I decided to put on my walking shoes and start a new adventure in the pet care industry. So, in 2006, I started my first pet sitting and dog walking company, The Paw Walker LLC.

With over 14 years of experience, as a Certified Professional Pet Sitter, I have been offering pet care options to hundreds of residents and their "four legged furry kids" in Lakewood Ranch, FL. Over the years, The Paw Walker had expanded and evolved it's services much like the Lakewood Ranch Community has grow in size. So, I decided to retired the name The Paw Walker and create Around the Ranch Pet Club LLC - Professional Pet Sitting & Dog Walking.
