Our resorts are so excited to see all our guests this holiday season! Here’s a few tips to help speed up your check-in process during this busy time.
1. Provide proof of Vaccinations (Rabies, Dhpp, and Bordetella) ahead of time by emailing a copy to [email protected] or uploading online.
2. Bring in any medications needed in their original packaging with administration details for your pet.
3. Provide food pre-portioned per pet, pet meal and add any details of special needs including allergies.
4. Ensure we have accurate contact information including an emergency contact.
