We LOVE getting updates on our alumni!

When Marshall was here at the shelter he struggled to find a home. He was hesitant with strangers, he was nervous around young children, and he was very selective with dog playmates. However, after over a year, he found the perfect family who gave him a chance.

In their update, they said that they did a lot of training with him and he now wants to play with every dog he meets, he loves kids, and he even was the ring bearer in their wedding where he stopped at every aisle to get pets from dozens of strangers.

We have a few dogs right now that are so much like Marshall - dogs who have the potential to be great once they get into a patient home where they feel safe and loved.

We go through a lot of fur covered laundry here and unfortunately that means our machines break pretty often. If anyone has an old functional dryer and/or washing machine that they are no longer using, we would appreciate it! Our hook-ups are electric.
