With the holiday season upon us, I just wanted to take a few moments to put out a few reminders.
This is an extremely busy time of year, as I’m trying to get all your wonderful fur babies in looking their absolute best. Appointments will take more time due to the volume of pets in our care during this time, please do not just show back up, send me a text first and I can give you an estimate timeframe. The last thing I want to do is send your babies home half groomed because they seen you, it’s hard to calm them back down and finish their groom safely. Safety is our first priority, using sharp tools around a wiggly baby is no good for anyone. I promise I will contact you as soon as your pet is ready, but if you do come back early we will have to stop the groom, send them home half groomed at full price, no one wants to do that 🥰
Due to how busy my schedule is I will not accept appts 10 mins late or later . Even just 10 mins late can snowball everyone’s appointments ending up being hours behind at the end of the day. I would also like to everyone to know any no shows will be required to pay the full grooming price before scheduling your next grooming appt.

I have tried to avoid this but unfortunately due to rising business costs and supply costs there will be a price increase Jan 6th 2026. I have tried very hard to keep my prices as affordable as possible but unfortunately my costs have risen drastically and for me to supply the same quantity products this is unavoidable.
