Hello everyone!
With recent and increasing concerns about the relatively new canine respiratory disease we just wanted to update everyone on what we are doing to stay as safe as possible. We have always been thorough with cleaning and biosecurity protocols recommended by the Department of Agriculture, and will continue to stay up to date with all recommendations.

We are asking if you have or are planning to board your dog for the holidays to please pay extra attention to their health before bringing them in for their next grooming appointment. This includes clients that have their dogs enrolled in daily or weekly daycare.

If we have a dog that is suspected to have any symptoms they will be immediately sent home and we will inform all of our clients and let you make the decision to come to your next appointment with no penalty or cancelation fee.

We continue to follow up with the Massachusetts Veterinarian Medical Association’s recommendations and findings as they become available to us. Please feel free to email us at [email protected] with any questions or concerns!
