we need everyone’s help finding one of our clients babies! he was staying at a daycare while his mom was on vacation and managed to get loose from the daycare! he is a black doodle that goes by Ruckus. he was last spotted in the big lots area. he is extremely scared and running. Fashion Factor is looking for a Pet Groomer to join our team! Must have at least one year of experience and a portfolio of their grooms.

We are a small family owned business located in Midway. We offer commission based pay of 30%-40%, based off of your experience! We are open Monday-Friday (8:00-3:00), with the ability to make your own schedule!
We are a growing business with a full schedule averaging between 8-12 dogs per day, per groomer, with the capability of taking in more! Along with very loyal clients that prebook on a regular schedule. We have full time bathers, but must understand you may be required to bathe a dog here and there especially during holiday seasons or in case of emergency.
Duties will include:
- Grooming a dog with little to no supervision
- Clipping toenails
- Helping to check clients in and out
- Cleaning and sanitizing your grooming area daily, deep cleaning weekly
- Keeping up with your own paperwork
- Booking appointments

This here is a little gals first time with us at Fashion Factor, she was sweet as pie. I figure this was a perfect opportunity to tell you how we handle little old pooches, yes they are snippy, why? Most of the time they are just tired, their mouths may hurt from rotting teeth which can cause a lot of issue with temperament. And just simply may not want you bothering their face. Some can’t stand and need help through the entire process. This gal here was done with our process before we even started but she handled it so well and let us do whatever we needed to do. This hammock helps them relax and feel more secure and comfortable. It is PERFECT for older dogs who are unable to stand for long periods of time. It supports their whole body including their heads. She slept most the groom but she come out red carpet ready and most of all she left with a wagging tail. And at that moment I knew we have done our job correctly. We love giving new babies great experiences.
