Hello TransFURmations Family!!

WE ARE STILL OPEN!!

It’s been brought to my attention from another local groomer that some of you may have misunderstood my temporary closing for my daughters health as a permanent one and have been making appointments elsewhere because of this.

I assure you that we are very much still open and here to groom all of our fur friends!! And we don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon!!

Our hours are still Tuesday thru Saturday.. from 8 am - 6 pm.

To My TransFURmations Family..

Since the beginning of April my daughter Charley has been in and out of the hospital several times. She’s now had 4 surgeries that have been either unplanned or with little notice, leaving me with no choice but to close the shop and reschedule client’s appointments. (Some of you more than once😬) I hate rescheduling appointments. I’m aware of how frustrating and inconvenient that can be for my clients.

Fortunately I have been BEYOND BLESSED to have some of the most amazing human beings for clients!! You guys have been so supportive and understanding thru all of this. Everyone that Ive had to reschedule, and even some of you that Ive scheduled for the first time, have been nothing but flexible and patient with me and my unpredictable and ever changing schedule as of late. (*For anyone who has recently tried to call the shop for an appointment but hasn’t been able to get in touch.. I promise we are working thru all the voicemails and call backs.. please continue to be patient with me just a little longer!)

Anyway, I just wanted to take a second to say THANK YOU! I am profoundly grateful for each and every one of you!! I wouldn’t be able to keep TransFURmations as close knit and family oriented as I do without all of you and your unwavering support and love. I thank you again, from the bottom of my heart!!

Also a giant THANK YOU to everyone who brought out towels and/or kennel blankets.. Even tho I asked for your old ones and almost all of you brought new ones with tags still on.
(You guys spoil me🥰)

We are in desperate need of towels and kennel blankets!! Ours get torn, tattered, and stained so fast that I just hate spending the money on brand new ones.

Happy Monday Family!!

So we’ve had a bit of a rough start to our 2023.. with phone line issues, two of us getting the flu, Charley still dealing with Mono and my sister finding other work.. HOWEVER, we are back at full working capacity as of yesterday!!

THANK YOU to all of our amazing clients that have been so patient and understanding with us.. you guys and your pets are what keep me showing up here day after day to do what I do!!
I returned lots of messages yesterday evening so PLEASE check your inboxes and voicemails if I still haven’t gotten in touch with you about an appointment!!

For anyone still needing an appointment please call the 270-422-2888 number ONLY!! The other number google has listed IS NOT correct and I do not recieve any of those calls/voicemails!!!

I’m so upset about this.. In the last 8 months I’ve lost several clients simply because they said they couldn’t get ahold of us or that we never responded to left voicemails. If you’ve tried to call recently and couldn’t get thru or you left a voicemail but never got a return call.. I’ll be at the shop from 10 am until 6 pm on Monday. Hey TransFURmations family..

So I found out today that a lot of you have been calling but your having trouble getting thru to anyone.. or it rings and rings until, what sounds like, someone picking up and then hanging up..its Googles fault. GOOGLE IS A LIAR!!

I’m not entirely sure what’s going on but Google has TWO numbers listed for my business.. 270-422-2888 has always been, and still is, the number to contact us on.

Anyone calling the 697 phone number has been hit or miss. Sometimes it comes thru and we can answer.. other times, it doesn’t even ring on our end but has been ringing for like 7 minutes on yours🤷🏻‍♀️ So that phone number is NOT DEPENDABLE and NOT OUR NUMBER!

I don’t know what’s going on or how long this other number has been associated with the business? I’m working on getting the incorrect one removed.

Anyone needing to get their pets up to date on vaccinations should look into taking advantage of this awesome opportunity! It isn’t everyday you can get your dog vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped for $60.

You do NOT have to reside in Hardin Co to participate!!

Our Rabies and Wellness Clinic is just 17 days away !

On June 11th we will be set up at the Hardin County Fairgrounds from 10am to 2pm to administer vaccinations to your pets as well as offering county licenses and microchips.

This event is Cash or Check only !

All dogs must be on a leash and cats must be in a carrier.

* The clinic is open for anyone regardless of what county you reside in.

BEGINNING MAY 16th TransFURmations will no longer be accepting standard sized Doodles who DO NOT have a reoccurring appointment.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With the influx in new clients we’ve been staying 4-5 weeks booked out. Those not on a reoccurring schedule are costing time and money. I can complete 3-4 dogs who have/keep reoccurring appointments in the time it takes for me to complete one who has not stayed on schedule.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding.

If you are not already on a reoccurring groom schedule please be sure set one up at your next appointment if you wish to continue to be a client of TransFURmations!

🛑 IF YOU ARE A CLIENT OF TRANSFURMATIONS PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

⚠️It’s that time of year again when pups are muddy, matted, and shedding out that winter coat!!
Spring has sprung!! 🦋🌷☀️

⚠️A few reminders as we enter the busy season ahead..

•It’s flea and tick season!! Yay!
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A FLEA/TICK PREVENTATIVE!! There will be a $25 flea fee per dog brought in with fleas!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

•If your dog is matted/knotted please let us know when you make your appointment so we can schedule accordingly!! Matted dogs need longer appointment times..
If your dog comes in matted and we were not made aware beforehand, your pup will be worked between all other appointments in order to keep everyone else on schedule.

•If your double coated breed is trying to shed out its winter coat and is compacted in any way please let us know when making your appointment so we can schedule accordingly.

•We are booking out over a month for grooming. PLAN ACCORDINGLY!! Make sure to schedule your next appointment before you leave.
