Louisiana-18 boy Sully just can’t catch a break!
Sweet Sully was just beginning to enjoy his next chapter after being rescued last March from a grim situation, as well as, just successfully completing heartworm treatment when he sustained yet another set back.
Sully was taken to the ER vet late yesterday afternoon after being unable to walk on his own after his morning started out just like any other. Most of Sully’s initial testing came back normal however X-rays, as well as, a MRI revealed that he had a herniated disc in his neck which explained his inability walk which also meant he would need surgery as soon as possible.
As always NBRAN is committed to doing all we can to help dogs like Sully which is why Sully was able to undergo surgery TODAY so he will once again have the life he so truly deserves. Puppy update!! Gary says Gunner (lil black roan guy) is kicking butt and taking names in the field. This is my LUNA’s full brother. Looks, smarts—Luna and Gunner all that and a bag of chips!!
