With holidays just around the corner, we are starting to book up quick! Please be patient with us during this time as wait times may be slightly longer due to us trying to fit in all your pups before Christmas/Thanksgiving!

With that being said, I want to remind everyone of our no show/cancellation policy’s. If you would like to cancel your appointment, you must give us a 24 hour notice, otherwise you will have to pay a $15 fee.
If you no call/no show, you will be required to pay 50% of your previous groom price before we will book your next appointment! We appreciate everyone’s business, and can’t wait to see all of the sweet faces!

‼️Weather Damage‼️

Due to the weather conditions this afternoon all of our power is out at our shop! They are working to get everything fixed, but it could cause some delays in our morning appointments for 7/31!

We will keep everyone updated if there are any delays and if appointments need to be pushed back!

UPDATE: power is back on, and we will be operating normal hours tomorrow as long as the weather permits!

‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ‼️

As everyone knows, we require everyone of our dogs to be up to date on rabies and bordatella. To this point we have always checked that they were good and written it down on their grooming papers when it was up to date next. Due to new Meade County regulations we will be requiring EVERY new and existing client to bring us a copy of their vet records to keep in a physical file at our shop.
‼️This will go into effect July 1st, 2024‼️

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but thank you all for working with us!
