I’m going to be making this trip sometime next week May 6th starting in Eastern Iowa heading West to Northern Idaho and back to Eastern Iowa. 2-3 spots heading out and 1-2 spots heading back. It’s a private haul so very affordable rates. I do take regular breaks and do layovers every night where the horses can get out and move around.

He stands 16.1h and is tested hydrocephalus and dwarfism clear.

His stud fee for 2023 is $650 which includes a live foal guarantee. He is offered for live cover (limited) and shipped semen.

Mare care is $15 per day dry, $20 per day with a foal at her side.

This Black Friday promotion is good now until November 30th, 2023 (or until all are purchased). The stud fee must be paid in full at the time of booking and a breeding contract must be signed and returned.

Mare care and collection/shipping fees are extra. Collection/shipping fees run $325 (subject to change, paid directly to the vet) and Mare care is $15/day or $20/day with a foal on her side.

This gorgeous big puppy dog of a stallion is surpassing our wildest expectations with the friendly temperaments, gorgeous movement and balanced builds of his first foals born this year. He himself has an excellent mind and is very easy to work with, along with a friendly and playful temperament that he is clearly passing onto his foals! His movement has natural rhythm and balance. He will attend his first Keurig in 2024 and should be getting into the show ring next year as well!

Grumello is so chill, he doesn’t need anyone to hold him while his feet get done… though he does stare me down bc he’d rather me be giving him good scratches than cleaning stalls 😂

We are sending his first year of foals to their new homes now and I couldn’t be happier with how they’ve developed, how easily they learned all their baby basic skills and how friendly and curious they all are. We are taking bookings for breeding in 2024 now!

Just Gunner is still looking for his new pasture from our 2023 Grumello babies. All are being weaned now and going through our baby boot camp to learn all their basic handling skills and get their feet trimmed, dewormed and first set of vaccinations.

We’ve got our first confirmed pregnancy for a 2024 foal! Our KFPS mare Hynder Hoper WEF is confirmed to Grumello for an April 2024 purebred Friesian foal (ours and Grumello’s first!). We are so ecstatic!

Breeding and foaling season has begun! We are still accepting a few live cover breedings to Grumello for 2023.

We have 2 spots in May, 2 in June and 2 in July still open. Keep in mind- if you have not returned a signed breeding contract and paid your booking fee or stud fees, your spots for stalls are NOT held.

We are able to accommodate a few more AI breedings in May-August still as well.

Grumello is double registered FHANA and FSA (bronze elite). Foals by Grumello can be out of mares of any breed or registry and be registered with FSA or FHH. He is also clear for hydrocephalus and dwarfism. His 2023 stud fee is $650 and that includes a live foal guarantee!
