Please help me in saying a huge THANK YOU to our hospital manager, Bill Marchant, as we celebrate HM Appreciation Week!

Bill joined Oakdale in July but has already been such an asset to us all in a short period of time. He wears many hats here, but his number one goal is to take care of his staff so they can take care of your fur babies! He radiates positivity and meets every day and every person with a smile!

We can't thank you enough for all of the donations for the victims of Hurricane Helene! All of our clients really showed up and showed out! These items were all taken to Birmingham last week and are on their way to being distributed. ❤️

UP FOR ADOPTION! This momma kitty was left at our door recently. She has been spayed and has had this month's flea/heartworm treatment applied. She's fully healed from surgery and ready to go to her new home TODAY! She's approximately 1 year old and so sweet and playful! She doesn't seem too keen on interacting with big, loud dogs but in a different environment, she may warm up to one.

Our team has partnered with three organizations to collect supplies for the people who have been affected by Hurricane Helene. We will be collecting pet items to go to Asheville, NC and human items to be dispersed where needed by Aspire Recovery Group. The items we will be accepting for donation are as follows:

Baby diapers
Dry baby formula
Baby wipes
Pull-Ups
Powdered Milk
Closed bags of dog/cat food
Dog/Cat beds
Water bowls
Candles
Batteries
Gatorade
Canned food

Since we will be transporting all the donated items ourselves to these facilities, we ask that you please stick to the list above. These organizations are only accepting specific items as listed.

All donations will need to be dropped off at the clinic by October 18th.

Every person in this picture is a Credentialed Veterinary Technician and they've been through schooling, licensure, and they obtain continuing education hours each and every year to make sure they always provide the best care possible to their patients! We will be closing at 4 PM tomorrow, Tuesday, October 8th for a network upgrade. This will help us serve you more efficiently!

All pets who are dropped off for a day stay or going home from boarding must be picked up by 4 PM.
