If you see the news about a fire out here, it was not us. Everyone here is safe. A house a little ways down the road is a total loss. No one was home. They weren’t living there.

This is Beijo. He is looking for the perfect new home. He is a 2 1/2 year old Border Collie mix. Weighs about 35 pounds. He is nutured and UTD on vaccines. Gets along well with other dogs but not so much with cats. Please contact us here if interested and we can put you in contact with his current owner. They are rehoming due to moving.

All of our large indoor kennels have been reserved for Spring Break. However, we still have small dog and outdoor large accommodations available.

Our kennel will be closed for a paws-itive break from Wednesday, February 21st to Thursday, February 29th at 7:30am. Feel free to bark or whine during this time; however, please note that we'll be chasing squirrels and won't have access to email or messages until our return.

We are completely booked inside and outside for large kennels the weekend of July 21!
We only have 4 small (less than 10 pounds) inside kennels left!!!

Also just a quick reminder we will be closed August 16th- 23rd for vacation! We will close on August 15th at 6:00 p.m. and reopen August 24th at 7:30 a.m.!

Please keep your pets inside. So many lost pets on the 4th because they get so scared of fireworks.
We do our best here to keep everyone calm but they just don’t understand why the world is exploding!

Cole needs a home.
Cole is a small 3 1/2 year old black lab. He weights opx 45 lbs. He has been here at Wee Paws for quite some time now. He is neutered and UTD on vaccines. Hometown Veterinary Hospital has his records. He is on Heartguard. He was heartworm positive but we are doing slow kill treatment with the heartguard.
He can be hyper so would do best with older children. Would definitely need a fenced yard or to be leash walked. He’s a runner! He would love to have another dog to be best buds with. He has lived with cats when he was young but he chases mine so I’ve kept them separated.
He can be clingy but he’s been kenneled so he just wants all the attention he can get. Thunderstorms make him nervous and he wants to be in bed with you then. He’s really a sweet boy!
Vet recommendations required if I don’t know you as a Wee Paws customer.

Just wanted to give a quick update.


Lorrie lost her Dad on Christmas Day. She is traveling to Tennessee for his funeral. This means I (Ashley) will be the only person running the kennel until she returns.

Please be patient if you are calling and or picking up/dropping off over the next few days. We are still full from the Christmas/New Years crowd.
