💣 Bomb Cyclone 🌀

Bomber is a MD bred, 4 year old gelding that is here to continue his rehab for a bowed tendon. This handsome guy is put together very nicely, by the highly desired stallion, Constitution. He retired with 11 starts and a little over $35k in earnings. He will have an ultrasound done next week so stay tuned!

Yesterday was Jet Wings’ first ride with us! It was very brief and worked on mounting block etiquette, which is hard for some of our new guys since they are used to being mounted “on the go.” He is a very quick learner! With an experienced rider, this big guy will excel in a low level job.

Guess who’s cute nose!

Hint: This guy is part of our sanctuary herd, is 18 years young and originally retired to us back in 2013 due to osselets in both ankles. He was adopted out and after many years of being loved, the time came for him to return. There is no shortage of love here!

Here’s a look through the ears of Frosty. His first ride with us was very pleasant and straight forward. He is confident and inquisitive enough, we believe he would absolutely flourish in a western trail/obstacle job.

Square Baby (left) has been adopted!

Frosty Shop is still looking for his person.. if you’re looking for something on the bubbly, outgoing side, he’s your guy! He will require joint maintenance for his knee, so he is seeking an easy going flatwork job.

Jet Wings ✈️

Foaled in Kentucky, this 17 hand 6 year old gelding by Noble Bird retired to us with 27 career starts and $144k in earnings. He found his way to us due to a bowed tendon. Fortunately, his ultrasound showed nothing active. He also doesn’t appear to fully sweat, so we will be looking into therapy options for him. For now, he has captured the hearts of all of our volunteers and offers a very sweet personality. Stay tuned for updates on this handsome guy!
