🎓🎉 Oncology Graduation Alert! 🎉🎓

Today, we celebrate a HUGE milestone—our brave warrior, Gordie has officially completed chemotherapy for lymphoma! 💪🐾

Through every treatment, tail wag, and cuddle, this fighter showed us what true strength and resilience look like. We are beyond proud of the journey they’ve taken and the love and support their family has given every step of the way. 💛

Here’s to new beginnings, good health, and lots of treat-filled days ahead. Congrats, Gordie, you did it! 🐶🎈

At Fetch, we proudly call our reception team the Guest Services Department—because what they do goes far beyond simply answering phones and scheduling appointments.

Veterinary receptionists are often the first and last point of contact during a pet's visit. Their compassion, communication, and dedication make them a vital part of the care experience. The impact they have on both clients and patients is immeasurable, and the heart they bring to their work helps shape the entire tone of our practice.

That’s why we focus on creating an experience that feels more like being a guest, not just a customer.
