Anyone know this dog in the area of 60 and Miller rd?

Update: Owners have been found. At this time they are unable to provide care, so he will be staying with us for a while. Additionally, it has come to light that they gave him Advil and Tylenol for his pain. We are going to be working very hard to save him. Prayers are needed for this boy. Thank you to everyone who helped us find his owners! You all are amazing!

Microchip is registered to Britaney Williams but her phone number is disconnected and her email bounced back. He is stable but injured and will be transfered to PRC. Please share!
