SESSION ONE
Canine Conditioning Fundamentals
8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
In this introduction, you will learn the key foundation elements that serve as the basis of a safe and effective fitness program. We will review the main pillars of an effective program (strength, balance, flexibility, mental, body awareness and cardio) and how to combine them for a complete program. We will review proper form, which exercises work each part of the dog’s body, the key foundation exercises and how to progress or regress your dog’s challenge, stable vs instability equipment and more. Even if you have been introduced to canine conditioning before, you will learn about how to develop a complete program using very easy steps. Tracie can help you make canine conditioning easy, safe, effective and fun.

SESSION TWO
Canine Conditioning for Sport Dogs
1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
In this seminar, Tracie will give you an introduction of some of the key elements in developing and implementing an effective conditioning program for your sport dog. You will learn sport centric exercises essential for jumping, weaving, contacts etc., how to develop and implement a balanced consistent fitness program, equipment to have/use, how to establish a baseline for your dog and progression/regression of exercises. By implementing a consistent balanced fitness program, you can improve performance and reduce chance of injury. An effective conditioning program can keep your dog in the game they love!

I am so excited about my first On Demand Seminar being offered through Clean Run Leaning Center! In this seminar we work through problems with dogs popping out of poles, incorrect footwork, distractions, those weave entries that are so hard and much more. Thank you to my friends in Vermont for showing up with weave pole problems. It was a great day!

Karen Holik is back with more Ninja Weaves! In this video filmed during a live seminar, Karen coaches handlers and their dogs through training skills, drills, and homework to address some of the most common weave pole performance problems.
