Just wanted to take a moment to bring you all up to speed with the changes at Fur Fection grooming
Over the weekend we rearranged and did some painting. We also did quite the overhaul on our service list and policies.
With in our policies we have our boundaries clearly outlined to protect not only ourselves but your pets boundaries and autonomy as well.
Moving forward anyone who violates policies will be charged the appropriate fee and will be implemented to a 3 strike system. It is never a desire of ours to lose or fire a client.
While we provide a desired service we are still people just like you, we require just as much consideration and grace as the next person.
We love and appreciate you all and have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy servicing you all 💕🐾
