Does anyone have a quite place for Drake to hangout this weekend? He has "happy tail" from wagging his tail so much and hitting the kennel walls. He needs a large safe area for him to rest and heal. If you think you could foster him over the weekend please call the office tomorrow. 417-337-7387

Say hello to the elusive kitty from Longhorn Steakhouse. Several people have posted about seeing this cat. Ashley Hurst with Branson Animal Control caught her and brought her to us yesterday. She's warning up to us with the help of kitty crack push-ups, Churus. She's a beautiful tabby!

Thank you to the Table Rock Lake Community Foundation and Community Foundation of the Ozarks for a lovely day at Silver Dollar City

We were honored to be invited to a luncheon with all the recipients of this year’s grant awards. It was such a wonderful opportunity to meet other organizations and learn about their missions and the great work happening in our community. (To clarify, Alicia was the only person to leave work to go to the luncheon and she returned after the lunch.)

Both Tri-Lakes Humane Society Missouri and Branson Humane Society were awarded grants to support spay and neuter efforts in our community. Through Snip City Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Clinic, which opened in June, we’ve already been able to make a difference—and we’re excited to put our grant toward a new anesthesia machine to help us with future surgeries.

Thank you for helping us help the community pets and the rescues that care for them!

We’re trying something new this Saturday, Oct 25th from 11 am to 3 pm!

Come see us at Camping World in Branson — we’re bringing both kittens and dogs looking for their forever homes!

Peggy got us a new tent to help keep the kittens comfy and contained (they’re just as excited as we are!).

Here’s a sneak peek of the adorable kittens who’ll be joining us! There's 8 kittens she's been foster.

It’s getting colder, and we’re getting ready to keep our community cats safe and warm this winter. The turtle will be hibernating soon too, so it’s time to cozy up their space!

We’re in need of a few bales of straw to get everything winterized and comfortable for our outdoor friends.

If you’d like to help, donations can be dropped off at the shelter, 2837 Shepherd of the Hills Expressway, Suite C.

Thank you for helping us care for them all year long!
